Terms and Conditions
- The booking deposit is non-refundable (with the exception of the circumstances outlined in point 3) however should the need for you to cancel arise you will be offered the next available course suitable to both parties and there will be no extra charge levied for the rearrangement.
- The balance of the cost of the course becomes payable 10 days prior to the course start date and you will receive notification of this via email, please ensure that we receive the full payment prior to the commencement date or you may forfeit your place on the course and lose your deposit.
- In the event of a particular course on which you are booked being under-subscribed or for any other unforeseen reason our having to cancel you will be reimbursed in full all that you have paid thus far unless you prefer to be considered for the next available course and your deposit will then be retained on that understanding. If our principal tutor is in any way incapacitated we reserve the right to replace him on the course with our experienced under-study.
- Those attending undertake not to smoke anywhere within the house itself for the sake of fire safety, and join the course in the understanding that good and respectful behaviour must be observed at all times toward both the fabric and contents of the house and to the other persons attendant, any serious breaches of this trust will result in ejection from the course with no refund of payment.
- The right is reserved to alter certain aspects of the schedule if found necessary due to unexpected circumstances, this will not involve any shortening of duration or lessening of aspects of tuition and would be limited only to minor rearrangements.
